今日的午餐

本日菜单：

・鸡肉牛蒡拌饭

・海苔丝（独立小袋／用于拌饭）

・味噌汤

・烤莲藕

・牛奶

鸡肉牛蒡拌饭是开吃前把独立小袋的海苔丝加入后轻轻拌匀的类型。

海苔的香气一下子被带出来，风味更上一层。

配上味噌汤也非常合拍，吃起来特别顺口。

在 3-2 班，原以为大家会因为明天的私立学校入试而紧张，结果意外地都和平时一样沉稳。

好好吃饭、养足精神，明天请尽情发挥。

Today’s School Lunch

Today’s menu:

・Chicken & Burdock Mixed Rice

・Shredded Nori (Individual Packet for the Rice)

・Miso Soup

・Roasted Lotus Root

・Milk

Today’s chicken-and-burdock rice was a mix-at-the-table style: add the individually packed shredded nori and stir just before eating.

The nori’s aroma really lifted the dish, and it paired perfectly with the miso soup—simple, satisfying, and delicious.

In Class 3-2, I expected students to be tense with tomorrow’s private school entrance exam approaching, but they were surprisingly calm and just like their usual selves.

Eat well today, rest up, and give it your best tomorrow.
