Special Support Class Field Trip — Trying Handmade Ramen at the Cup Noodles Museum Osaka Ikeda!
Today, students in the Special Support Class visited the Cup Noodles Museum Osaka Ikeda for a field trip.
After arriving, the experience everyone had been looking forward to most—the “Chicken Ramen Factory”—began.
In this workshop, students can go through the entire process of making Chicken Ramen with their own hands:
kneading the flour, rolling the dough, steaming, seasoning, and finally drying it using the “instant oil-heat drying method.”
With matching bandanas tied neatly on their heads, everyone was ready to go.
Once the work started, their hands became more confident as they kneaded the dough.
There were many moments where serious, focused faces softened into smiles, showing both concentration and joy.
It became a valuable opportunity to experience firsthand the “origin of invention” where the world’s first instant ramen was created.
The finished Chicken Ramen will be taken home.
We hope families will enjoy tasting the freshly made flavor together with their children.
Throughout today’s activities, we have been moving forward with careful attention to students’ health and well-being.
We also appreciate the continued understanding and preparation of all parents and guardians for field trips.
We will keep sharing these moments—when students’ “I want to try” turns into “I did it!”
