认证仪式——迈出"共同成长"的第一步
4月14日（星期一），本学年第一次全校集会顺利举行。当天晴空万里，在操场上举办集会可谓是最理想的天气。在明媚的春光中，全校师生齐聚一堂，共同开启新学年的篇章。
早晨，学生会执行部的同学们佩戴绶带，站在校门入口处，用热情的问候迎接到校的同学们。充满朝气的一天，就从这样一幅温暖的画面开始了。
今天集会的重头戏是认证仪式。三年一班的同学作为代表走到全校师生面前，从校长手中接过了认证书。虽然略显紧张，但接过认证书时的姿态十分端正，令人印象深刻。
在校长讲话中，校长谈到了"承担角色"的意义。教室后面的公告栏总是整整齐齐，通知文件总能准时送达，午餐准备总是井然有序——这些看似理所当然的日常，其实都是因为有人在默默付出。而且越是顺畅运转的时候，越不容易被察觉。从今天起，获得认证的同学们，就成为了这个默默付出的"某个人"。
此外，校长还提到了北稜中学自去年起一直倡导的理念——"共同成长"。在竞争无处不在的时代，人们容易产生"只有自己不能落后"的想法，但真正重要的是营造一个让自己和他人都能好好生活的环境。委员和班级职务的工作虽然每一项都很细小，但正是这些点滴的积累，构成了班级的氛围。角色不是"被迫承担的任务"，而是"为他人创造归属感的行动"——这样的寄语在操场上静静回荡。
各位担任委员和班级职务的同学们，新学年拜托你们了。让我们互相支持，一起把北稜中学打造成"明天还想来的学校"。也恳请各位家长和社区居民继续给予关心与支持。

Certification Ceremony — A First Step Toward "Growing Together"
On Monday, April 14, the first whole-school assembly of the academic year was held. Under a clear blue sky, the weather was perfect for an outdoor gathering. Bathed in warm spring sunshine, the entire student body came together to mark the start of a new school year.
Earlier that morning, members of the Student Council Executive stood at the school entrance wearing their sashes, greeting fellow students with cheerful hellos as they arrived. It was a bright and welcoming start to the day.
The highlight of the assembly was the Certification Ceremony. A student from Class 3-1 stepped forward as the representative and received the certificate of appointment from the principal. Though visibly a little nervous, the student accepted it with a composed and confident posture that left a strong impression.
In his address, the principal spoke about the meaning of taking on a role. Bulletin boards kept tidy, handouts delivered on time, lunch preparations running smoothly — these everyday things only happen because someone is quietly making them happen. And the smoother things run, the less anyone notices. From today, the principal told the students, you are that "someone."
He also touched on a concept that Hokuryō Junior High School has championed since last year: "growing together." In an age where competition is everywhere, it is tempting to think only about getting ahead. But what truly matters is creating an environment where both you and the people around you can thrive. Each committee and class duty may seem small on its own, yet together they shape the atmosphere of a classroom. A role is not something you are forced to do — it is something that helps create a sense of belonging for others. That message settled quietly over the schoolyard.
To all the students who have taken on committee and class roles this year — thank you, and we are counting on you. Let us support one another and continue to make Hokuryō a school that everyone looks forward to coming to tomorrow. We kindly ask parents and community members for your continued support and encouragement.
