今日的校餐（炖汉堡肉）

今天的校餐是炖汉堡肉。

菜单如下：

・炖汉堡肉 ・玉米浓汤 ・红薯脆片 ・切片奶酪 ・黑糖面包 ・牛奶

汉堡肉先将洋葱慢慢炒出香气，再加入番茄酱和伍斯特酱汁调味，与蘑菇一起用小火慢炖而成。经过长时间炖煮，汉堡肉充分吸收了汤汁的味道，口感浓郁。

玉米浓汤里加入了胡萝卜和卷心菜，用玉米糊带出自然的浓稠感。点缀上欧芹的绿色，看起来也赏心悦目。

今天去一年级2班参观了用餐情况。同学们配餐的速度丝毫不逊于二、三年级的学长学姐，大家齐心协力，顺利地开始了用餐。

围绕多余的奶酪，一场石头剪刀布大赛打得热火朝天。"再来一片奶酪！"的呼声此起彼伏，教室里充满了欢声笑语。

Today's School Lunch — Simmered Hamburger Steak

Today's school lunch was simmered hamburger steak.

Here is the menu:

・Simmered Hamburger Steak ・Corn Soup ・Sweet Potato Chips ・Sliced Cheese ・Brown Sugar Bread ・Milk

The hamburger steak was prepared by slowly sautéing onions, then simmering them in a sauce of ketchup and Worcestershire sauce along with mushrooms over low heat. The long, gentle cooking allowed the rich flavors to soak right into the patty.

The corn soup featured carrots and cabbage, with creamed corn adding a natural thickness. A sprinkle of parsley on top gave it a fresh pop of color.

Today we visited Class 2 of the 1st grade during lunch. The students served their meals just as quickly as the older students in the 2nd and 3rd grades, working together smoothly to get everything ready.

A lively round of rock-paper-scissors broke out over the leftover sliced cheese. Shouts of "I want another piece!" filled the room, making for a wonderfully energetic lunch period.
