今日的校餐(甜辣猪肉烧)
今天的校餐是甜辣猪肉烧。

猪肉事先用料理酒、砂糖和浓口酱油腌制入味,再搭配洋葱一起放入烤箱烤制而成。
甜辣的香气从配餐时间起就弥漫开来。
味噌汤用海带和柴鱼片熬制高汤,加入胡萝卜、卷心菜、金针菇和豆腐,最后以红味噌和白味噌调味而成。
小鱼干炒青椒则是将小银鱼和青椒用甜辣口味炒制的配菜,和米饭非常搭配。
三年级二班的同学们不愧是最高年级,配餐动作十分利落,整个过程轻松愉快。
刚喊完"开动了",就有不少同学迫不及待地冲上前去添饭加菜。
今天的菜单中包含了猪肉的蛋白质、豆腐和牛奶的钙质、青椒的维生素等多种营养素,搭配均衡。

Today's School Lunch — Sweet & Savory Pork
Today's school lunch featured sweet and savory grilled pork.

The pork was marinated in cooking sake, sugar, and soy sauce, then combined with onion and roasted in the oven until golden. A wonderfully sweet and savory aroma filled the serving area.
The miso soup was prepared with a stock of kelp and bonito flakes, with carrots, cabbage, enoki mushrooms, and tofu added in, then seasoned with a blend of red and white miso. The sautéed dried baby fish with green pepper made a flavourful side dish that paired perfectly with rice.
Students in Year 9, Class 2 showed impressive efficiency during serving, getting everything set up quickly and cheerfully. The moment "itadakimasu" was called, eager students dashed to the front for second helpings.
Today's menu provided a well-balanced combination of nutrients, including protein from the pork, calcium from tofu and milk, and vitamins from the green peppers.
A big thank you to our kitchen staff and serving assistants for another delicious meal. We're already looking forward to tomorrow's lunch!
