在大阪市的学校午餐中,人气最高的当属这道日式炸鸡块。
做法非常简单:先用姜汁、料酒和浓口酱油给鸡肉腌上底味,沥去腌汁后裹上一层土豆淀粉,放入热油中炸至金黄。
正因为做法简单,美味才更加纯粹。
外皮酥脆的秘诀在于只用土豆淀粉做裹粉,而且鸡肉切成了较小的块。此外,大阪市的学校午餐每次都使用全新的炸油,新鲜的油也为成品的口感加分不少。
一口咬下去,外酥里嫩。这道午餐炸鸡块的美味,真想让家长们也能亲口尝一尝。
今天走访的是3年3班。上午的学力测试结束后,教室里气氛轻松愉快,同学们有说有笑地开始分餐。
开饭后,班主任问了一句"还想再吃炸鸡块的举手!",教室里大约三分之二的同学齐刷刷地举起了手,人气之高可见一斑。
为了加餐,同学们纷纷涌向分餐台,上演了一场"炸鸡爱好者的小迁徙",分餐台前排起了小长队。

If there is one dish that reigns supreme in Osaka's school lunch lineup, it has to be tatsuta-age fried chicken.
The recipe is beautifully simple: marinate the chicken in ginger juice, cooking sake, and soy sauce, drain the marinade, coat with potato starch, and deep-fry in hot oil until golden.
Sometimes the simplest recipes produce the best results.
The secret to that perfect crunch lies in using potato starch as the only coating and cutting the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces. On top of that, Osaka's school lunch program uses fresh oil for every frying session, which likely contributes to the wonderfully clean, crispy finish.
One bite says it all — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. We only wish parents could taste this school lunch fried chicken for themselves!
Today we visited Class 3-3. Having just finished their morning academic assessments, the students were in high spirits as they served lunch in a cheerful, relaxed atmosphere.
After saying "itadakimasu," the homeroom teacher asked, "Who wants more fried chicken?" — and roughly two-thirds of the class shot their hands up. The popularity speaks for itself.
What followed was a mini migration of fried-chicken fans heading to the serving table for seconds, forming a lively little queue.
