今天的学校午餐有:牛肉盖饭、黄瓜鲣鱼梅风味、白玉团子(附黄豆粉)、米饭、牛奶。
今天的牛肉盖饭充分体现了高汤的鲜美,是一道非常美味的菜肴。牛肉先用料理酒腌制入味,再与洋葱、胡萝卜、魔芋丝、金针菇一起细心炖煮。以柴鱼片熬制的高汤为基础,加入砂糖、酱油、味醂等调味后,使整道料理不仅仅是“牛肉盖饭”,更像是将日式炖菜浇在米饭上的温和而深厚的味道。
清爽的黄瓜鲣鱼梅风味,是非常适合炎热季节的配菜。甜点白玉团子撒上黄豆粉后,带来柔和的甜味,让人不禁露出笑容。
在一年四班,同学们相互配合,迅速而有序地完成了配餐,并在“开动了!”的问候声中愉快地享用了午餐。

Today’s school lunch consisted of: beef bowl (gyudon), cucumber with bonito and plum flavor, shiratama dumplings with kinako (soybean flour), rice, and milk.
Today’s gyudon was a very delicious dish that fully highlighted the rich umami of dashi broth. The beef was first marinated with cooking sake, then carefully simmered with onions, carrots, shirataki noodles, and enoki mushrooms. The dish was seasoned with sugar, soy sauce, and mirin based on a bonito stock, creating a gentle and deep flavor that felt more like a traditional Japanese simmered dish served over rice than a typical beef bowl.
The refreshing cucumber with bonito and plum flavor was a perfect side dish for the warm season. For dessert, the shiratama dumplings were topped with kinako, adding a mild sweetness that brought smiles to everyone’s faces.
In Class 1-4, the students worked together efficiently to serve the meal, and enjoyed their lunch with the cheerful greeting, “Itadakimasu!”
