烹饪实习(初二2班・锡纸烤鳕鱼)
在家政课上,初二年级的烹饪实习开始了。
今天进行实习的是初二2班,挑战制作的菜单是:锡纸烤鳕鱼、豆腐清汤,以及昆布和柴鱼佃煮。
有些同学平时几乎不怎么拿菜刀,但在分组合作中,大家一边互相打气,一边切菜、调味,有序地推进烹饪过程。
有的小组还特意多做了一些,把完成好的料理送到了校长和教头老师那里。
松软的鳕鱼,配上打开锡纸瞬间升腾而起的热气与香味,让人吃得非常满足。
本次实习离不开Genki-Up协调员以及作为志愿者参加的各位家长的支持,在此一并致以诚挚的谢意。

Cooking Practice (2nd Grade Class 2 – Baked Cod in Foil)
In home economics, the second-year students have begun their cooking practice.
Today, Class 2-2 took on the challenge of making baked cod in foil, clear tofu soup, and kombu and bonito simmered in soy sauce (tsukudani).
Some students do not often handle kitchen knives in their daily lives, but in their groups they encouraged one another, cutting ingredients and checking the seasoning as they worked together through each step of the recipe.
One group prepared a little extra and kindly brought their finished dishes to the principal and vice principal.
The tender cod, combined with the steam and aroma that rose the moment the foil was opened, made for a very delicious meal.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Genki-Up coordinators and the parents who supported the lesson as volunteers.
