关于今日放学及11月4日（周三）体育大会的通知
平日承蒙各位对本校教育活动的理解与支持，在此深表谢意。
由于连日降雨导致体育大会多次延期、日程一再变更，各位家长不得不一次又一次地调整工作和家庭安排，给大家带来了极大的不便与负担，我们深表歉意。
此外，今天11月2日（周一），尽管是临时变更日程，在体育馆举行的一、二年级年级团体项目仍有非常多的家长到场观看。衷心感谢各位给予孩子们温暖的声援。
【关于今日放学】
今天学生吃完自带的便当后，一、二年级预计于13点左右放学，三年级预计于13点30分放学。
部分社团活动将进行至17点，参加社团活动的学生放学时间因各社团的安排而有所不同。
（负责体育大会工作的学生，因需为后天做准备，放学时间也会有所不同。）
另外，由于今天比平时提早放学，如果孩子没有带家里的钥匙、回家后无法进门等，遇到困难时，请与学校联系。
【关于11月4日（周三）的体育大会】
11月4日（周三）将按照附件中的程序，上午、下午全天举行。
・家长签到 8点30分
・家长入场 8点45分
・开幕式 9点00分（预定）
・上午场、下午场均照常进行
・将进行社团介绍及接力赛、三年级团体项目、各类接力赛等
・供应午餐
※一、二年级的年级团体项目已于今天进行，11月4日不再举行。
※比赛内容及顺序等，请参阅附件中的程序。
※由于停车位有限，请勿骑自行车来校。此外，禁止将自行车停放在学校门前的人行道上。
11月4日原本计划大幅缩短内容举行，但我们希望珍惜学生们一直以来认真练习、用心准备的努力，因此决定尽可能按照接近原定的内容举行。
尽管日程一再变更，各位家长始终给予我们温暖的理解与配合，在此再次表示感谢。
全体教职员工将竭尽全力，让这次体育大会成为学生们难忘的回忆。
今后也请多多关照。

Today’s Dismissal Times and Sports Day on Wednesday 4 November
Thank you, as always, for your understanding and support of our school’s educational activities.
We sincerely apologise for the repeated postponements and changes to the schedule caused by the rain. We know that many of you have had to rearrange work and family plans more than once, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience and burden this has caused.
Today, Monday 2 November, despite the sudden change of plan, a great many parents came to watch the Year 7 and Year 8 year-group team events held in the gymnasium. We are truly grateful for the warm encouragement you gave our pupils.
Dismissal today
After eating their packed lunches, Year 7 and Year 8 pupils are expected to leave at around 1:00 pm, and Year 9 pupils at 1:30 pm.
Some clubs will continue until 5:00 pm, so pupils taking part in club activities will leave at different times depending on their club’s schedule.
(Pupils with Sports Day responsibilities may also leave later, as they will be helping to prepare for Wednesday.)
As pupils are finishing earlier than usual, please contact the school if this causes any difficulty, for example if your child does not have a house key and would be unable to get in at home.
Sports Day on Wednesday 4 November
On Wednesday 4 November, Sports Day will run through both the morning and the afternoon, following the attached programme.
・Parent registration: 8:30 am
・Parent entry: 8:45 am
・Opening ceremony: 9:00 am (planned)
・Both the morning and afternoon sessions will go ahead
・Events include the club introductions and club relay, the Year 9 team event, and various relays
・School lunch will be provided
※ As the Year 7 and Year 8 year-group team events took place today, they will not be held on 4 November.
※ Please see the attached programme for details of events and their order.
※ Bicycle parking is limited, so please do not come to school by bicycle. Parking bicycles on the pavement in front of the school is not permitted.
We had originally planned a much shorter programme for 4 November. However, we wanted to honour all the practice and preparation our pupils have put in, so we have decided to keep the day as close to the original programme as possible.
Once again, thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation through all these changes.
All of our staff will do their very best to make this a Sports Day our pupils will remember.
