"さごし"是马鲛鱼(鰆)的幼鱼。它的名字来源于日语中"窄腰"的意思,形容其细长的体型。随着成长,它会变成成年马鲛鱼,属于日本传统的"出世鱼"(随成长而更名的鱼类)。
今天的做法是将青花鱼用烤箱烤至金黄,再淋上由萝卜泥、味醂和淡口酱油调制的酱汁。清爽的萝卜泥酱油汁,让鱼肉的鲜味更加突出。
味噌汤以昆布和柴鱼片熬制的高汤为底,加入猪肉、多种蔬菜、油豆腐皮和裙带菜,内容丰富。使用红味噌与白味噌混合调味,口感柔和温润。
走进2年2班的教室,虽然分餐的速度稍慢了一些,但同学们有说有笑,氛围十分融洽。
最令人印象深刻的是,同学们为了多吃一块鱼而展开了激烈的石头剪刀布大战。"我还想再吃一块!"这样的声音此起彼伏,可见鱼类菜肴也深受大家喜爱。
烤鱼搭配汤品和炒菜,蛋白质、蔬菜和碳水化合物的搭配十分均衡。

Today's school lunch was grilled young Spanish mackerel with grated daikon soy sauce.

"Sagoshi" is the young form of sawara, or Japanese Spanish mackerel. The name comes from the Japanese words for "narrow waist," describing its sleek, slender body. As it grows, it takes on a new name — a tradition known in Japan as a "promotion fish."
Today the sagoshi was roasted until golden in the oven, then topped with a light sauce made from grated daikon radish, mirin, and light soy sauce. The refreshing daikon sauce brought out the natural flavor of the fish beautifully.
The miso soup was built on a rich stock of kelp and bonito flakes, loaded with pork, vegetables, fried tofu skin, and wakame. A blend of red and white miso gave it a smooth, well-rounded taste.
Dropping in on Class 2-2, the serving line moved at a leisurely pace, but the atmosphere was cheerful and relaxed.
The highlight was a fierce round of rock-paper-scissors over extra pieces of fish. Shouts of "I want one more piece!" echoed around the room — proof that fish dishes can be just as popular as any other main course.
With grilled fish, hearty soup, and stir-fried vegetables, today's menu offered a well-balanced combination of protein, vegetables, and carbohydrates.
