今日的午餐(炒面)
今天的午餐是炒面。

今天的炒面,先用料理酒腌制猪肉入味,再依次加入胡萝卜、洋葱、青椒和卷心菜翻炒至熟。
调味用盐、胡椒,再加上猪排酱和伍斯特酱——"双酱"调味法,风味十足。最后加入煮得稍硬的中华面一起翻炒,即可出锅。
面包搭配炒面,您可能会觉得"碳水化合物是不是太多了?"其实炒面里有充足的肉类和蔬菜,再加上生姜腌黄瓜和甘夏柑橘,整体在蛋白质、主食和蔬果方面搭配得十分均衡。
今天我们走访了1年4班,同学们的配餐速度非常快,整个过程井然有序。
大家会根据自己的食量进行调整,还通过猜拳来争取多余的牛奶和柑橘,教室里充满了欢声笑语,是一幅热闹又温馨的午餐画面。

Today's School Lunch (Yakisoba)
Today's school lunch was yakisoba (stir-fried noodles).
〈Menu〉
・Yakisoba (wheat noodles)
・Cucumber pickled with ginger
・Amanatsu citrus
・Mini bread roll
・Milk
To make today's yakisoba, pork was first seasoned with cooking sake, then stir-fried along with carrots, onions, green peppers, and cabbage added one after another. The seasoning was a "double sauce" combination of salt, pepper, tonkatsu sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Finally, firm-boiled Chinese-style noodles were tossed in and stir-fried to finish the dish.
You might wonder if having bread alongside noodles means too many carbs. But the yakisoba is packed with meat and vegetables, and together with the ginger-pickled cucumber and fresh amanatsu citrus, the meal is well balanced across protein, grains, and fruits and vegetables.
Today we visited Class 4 of the 1st grade, where the students served lunch impressively fast. They adjusted portions to suit their own appetites, and there was a lively round of rock-paper-scissors to claim extra milk and citrus — a cheerful and fun lunchtime scene.
