期中考试第2节，全年级统一进行英语考试。各个教室里，只听得见翻动试卷的声音和铅笔沙沙书写的声音。
二、三年级的同学们与第1节自习时的状态截然不同，铃声一响便迅速进入考试状态。他们一下子集中精神、认真面对每一道题，不愧是高年级的学长学姐。一年级的同学们也神情专注，一题一题地认真作答。
英语考试包括听取录音内容的听力，以及用英语表达自己想法的写作。希望同学们在听力时仔细聆听、不漏掉关键信息，在写作时用心斟酌词句，沉着冷静地发挥出自己的实力。
照片是各年级2班的情况。考试还将继续进行。请大家按照自己的节奏，坚持到最后，认真对待每一道题。

Mid-term Exams, Period 2: English for All Year Groups
In Period 2 of the mid-term exams, every year group is sitting their English paper. In each classroom, the only sounds are pages turning and pencils moving across the paper.
Our Year 2 and Year 3 students, who were in quite a different mood during self-study in Period 1, slipped straight into exam mode as soon as the bell rang. The way they quickly focused and settled into the questions shows just what experienced students they have become. Our Year 1 students, too, are working through each question with serious, focused expressions.
The English exam includes a listening section, where students answer questions about recorded audio, and a writing section, where they express their own ideas in English. We hope they listen carefully so as not to miss anything, choose their words thoughtfully when writing, and stay calm enough to show what they can really do.
The photos show Class 2 in each year group. The exams are still under way. Take it at your own pace, everyone, and give each question your full care right to the end.
