教头老师离任仪式 ── 怀着两年的感恩，以校长身份迈向新起点

上午10点的教职员离任仪式结束后，11点起举行了教头老师的离任仪式。

此次，教头老师将前往新城中学就任校长一职，并在仪式上向全体教职员发表了离别感言。

教头老师说，至今仍清楚地记得第一次从樱之宫站步行到学校那天的情景。沿着大川河畔盛开的樱花，以及学生们热情的问候，都让教头老师深深感到**"这是一所了不起的学校"**。

回顾在北稜中学的两年时光，教头老师对地域居民、PTA以及各实行委员会给予的支持表达了诚挚的感谢。同时也谈到，从老师们真诚面对每一个孩子的身影中，自己也学到了许多。在担任教头的五年历程里，与历任校长的相遇更是给予了莫大的鼓励和成长。

面对即将以校长身份开始新征程，虽然心中也有些许不安，但教头老师坚定地表示，要将在北稜中学积累的经验化为力量，全力以赴地走好未来的每一步。在全场热烈的掌声中，教头老师结束了感人的致辞。

教头老师，两年来真的非常感谢您。全体北稜中学师生衷心祝愿您在新的学校一切顺利。

在此也向各位地域居民和PTA的家长们致以衷心的感谢，感谢大家在离任仪式上给予的温暖送别。正是因为有大家日常对学校教育的支持与配合，教职员们才能安心地陪伴每一位学生成长。新学年即将开始，恳请大家一如既往地给予支持与协助。

Vice-Principal's Farewell Ceremony — Setting Out as Principal, Carrying Two Years of Gratitude

Following the general staff farewell ceremony at 10:00 a.m., a separate farewell ceremony for our vice-principal was held at 11:00 a.m.

The vice-principal, who has been appointed principal of Shinjo Junior High School, addressed the entire staff with farewell remarks.

The vice-principal shared that the memory of first walking from Sakuranomiya Station to the school remains vivid to this day. The beautiful cherry blossoms along the Ōkawa River and the cheerful greetings from students made a strong impression — "I knew right away this was a wonderful school."

Looking back on two years at Hokuryō, the vice-principal expressed heartfelt thanks to community members, the PTA, and committee volunteers for their constant support. There was also deep appreciation for the teachers, whose sincere dedication to every student provided invaluable lessons. Over five years as vice-principal at different schools, the guidance of successive principals was a source of strength and growth.

While acknowledging some apprehension about beginning a new chapter as principal, the vice-principal spoke with conviction: "I will draw on everything I have learned at Hokuryō Junior High School and give it my very best." The remarks concluded to warm and sustained applause.

Thank you so much for two wonderful years. The entire Hokuryō community wishes you every success at your new school.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to community members and PTA families for the warm send-off at today's ceremony. It is your ongoing support that allows our staff to focus wholeheartedly on our students' growth. As we look ahead to the new school year, we hope to continue counting on your partnership and encouragement.
