初一（2）班 家政课烹饪实习 一年级汉堡肉饼制作全部完成
今天，初一（2）班在家政课上进行了烹饪实习。一年级的汉堡肉饼制作已来到第五个班，这也是最后一次了。
在烹饪教室里，系着围裙、戴着三角巾和口罩的同学们围坐在桌旁，对着摆好盘的作品比出胜利的手势。汉堡肉饼旁配着西兰花和胡萝卜，色彩搭配得十分漂亮，每个小组的脸上都洋溢着满足的笑容。
实习结束后，2班第1小组的同学们把汉堡肉饼送到了校长室。据负责的西野老师说，这是同学们从小组作品中精心挑选出的最满意的一份。收到这份心意，既有些过意不去，又满心欢喜。
马上开始品尝。表面煎出了漂亮的焦色，香气扑鼻。筷子一夹开，松软的肉饼中露出切碎的洋葱，咬上一口，肉的鲜香与洋葱的甘甜在口中慢慢散开。
最值得一提的还是酱汁。说来奇妙，感觉每多一个班，酱汁就变得更加浓郁一分——这应该不是错觉吧。无论是搭配汉堡肉饼，还是蘸着西兰花和胡萝卜，味道都十分协调，让人一直吃到最后一口都意犹未尽。2班第1小组的同学们，谢谢你们的款待！
在横跨五个班的烹饪实习中，我们得到了“元气提升”（元気アップ）项目志愿者们以及许多人士的大力支持。正是有了大家的帮助，同学们才能安心地投入烹饪。在此致以衷心的感谢。

Year 7 Class 2 Home Economics: Hamburg Steak Practicals Complete for All Classes
Today, Year 7 Class 2 took part in a cooking practical in their Home Economics lesson. As the fifth and final class, they brought Year 7's run of hamburg steak lessons to a close.
In the cookery room, pupils in aprons, headscarves and masks gathered around their tables, flashing peace signs over their freshly plated dishes. Each hamburg steak was served with broccoli and carrots, adding a lovely splash of colour, and every group looked thoroughly pleased with their work.
After the lesson, the pupils from Group 1 brought one of their hamburg steaks to the Head Teacher's office. According to their teacher, Nishino-sensei, the group had chosen the very best one they had made. It left me feeling half apologetic and half delighted.
Time to taste. The surface was beautifully browned, with a wonderfully savoury aroma. Breaking it open with chopsticks revealed a soft, tender patty dotted with chopped onion, and with the first bite, the richness of the meat and the sweetness of the onion slowly filled the mouth.
Above all, though, it was the sauce. Curiously, it seems to grow a little richer with every class – and I'm fairly sure that's not just my imagination. Whether paired with the steak or with the broccoli and carrots, it brought everything together beautifully, making it a dish to enjoy right down to the last bite. Thank you, Group 1, for such a lovely treat!
Throughout these five cooking practicals, we have received a great deal of support from the Genki Up volunteers and many others. It is thanks to you all that the pupils were able to cook with confidence and peace of mind. Our heartfelt thanks.
