迎接新同学——新旧生见面会
4月10日（星期四）早晨，我校在体育馆举行了新旧生见面会。一年级新生坐在中央，二、三年级的同学们围坐在四周，全校师生齐聚一堂。
首先，学生会代表向新生致欢迎辞。他提到，进入中学后会结识许多新伙伴，同时在学习和生活中难免会感到不安，但通过学习礼仪、参加运动会等校园活动，大家会在与同伴的合作中体会到团结的力量和校园生活的乐趣。他还温暖地鼓励新生："遇到困难或不安的时候，随时可以向二、三年级的学长学姐寻求帮助。"
新生代表则对学校举办见面会表示感谢，并分享了对中学生活的期待。她表示，希望体验小学阶段未曾有过的全新际遇与学习，立志作为北稜中学的一员，以负责任的态度面对每一天。她还表达了与同伴一起挑战各种事物、不断成长的决心，言语间充满了朝气。
最后，家政社的同学们向一年级新生赠送了将在教室使用三年的名牌口袋。收到学长学姐亲手制作的礼物时，新生们的脸上洋溢着开心的笑容。
新伙伴的加入，标志着北稜中学新学年正式拉开了帷幕。

Welcoming Our Newest Members — Student Meet-and-Greet Ceremony
On the morning of Thursday, April 10, a student meet-and-greet ceremony was held in the gymnasium. The first-year students sat in the center while the second- and third-year students gathered around them, bringing the entire school together.
The student council representative opened with a warm welcome to the newcomers. He acknowledged that starting middle school brings both exciting new friendships and some natural anxiety about academics and daily life. However, through learning proper manners, taking part in events like the sports festival, and working alongside classmates, students come to appreciate the joy of cooperation and school life. He closed by encouraging the first-years: "Whenever you feel worried or unsure, don't hesitate to turn to your seniors."
The first-year representative expressed gratitude for the ceremony and spoke enthusiastically about the journey ahead. She shared her excitement for experiences and discoveries that go beyond elementary school, and declared her commitment to acting responsibly as a proud member of Hokuryō Junior High School. Her words conveyed a genuine eagerness to take on new challenges and grow together with her classmates.
To close the ceremony, members of the Home Economics Club presented each first-year student with a handmade name-tag pocket to be used in their classrooms over the next three years. The new students' faces lit up as they received these thoughtful gifts from their seniors.
With our newest members on board, a brand-new school year at Hokuryō Junior High School has officially begun.
