第二学期首次一年级年级集会 ～「话语的三角传递」～
暑气仍未消退的清晨。三年级学生今天沉着地迎接了挑战测试。
暑假结束后，一年级举行了第二学期的第一次年级集会。这次老师讲的主题是「语言的使用方式」。其中介绍的，是一个叫作「话语的三角传递」的想法。
比如，Ａ同学把自己对Ｃ同学的一些感受告诉了Ｂ同学。听到这话的Ｂ同学，又原封不动地转告Ｃ同学：「Ａ说了这样的话哦。」从Ａ到Ｂ，再从Ｂ到Ｃ。话语像三角形一样传递开来——这就是「话语的三角传递」。
即使只是随口一说，那一句话也可能让Ｃ同学开始讨厌Ａ同学，甚至让人际关系就此破裂。尤其在社交媒体上，「他发了这样的帖子」「他的限时动态上写了这些」——把别人的话语和信息转给另一个人，实在太容易了。正因如此，「如果我把这个说出去，对方会怎么想」「我真的有必要传这句话吗」——停下来想一想，非常重要。
另一方面，「话语的三角传递」也有美好的用法。「○○说想见你呢」「○○做了这样一件好事哦」「那时候，○○还夸过你呢」。这样的话语经由某个人传到耳边，人与人之间的联系就此生成，喜悦的心情也会随之扩散。
同样是「传达」这一个动作，因措辞的选择和使用方式不同，其结果却大不相同。集会上，可以看到学生们静静聆听、重新审视自己言语的样子。
第二学期有许多年级活动和学校活动，与朋友相处的机会也会比第一学期更多。希望大家的话语，不要成为伤害他人的「三角传递」，而要成为连接彼此、传递喜悦的「三角传递」。希望每一个人都能想着话语另一端的那个人，度过每一天。
接着，一年四班的两位班级委员发言。他们说，这并不是因为暑假刚结束才提，而是从第一学期起就反复强调的生活规则，希望每个人重新加以意识。
特别是关于迟到，这不只是「时间上晚了」而已，还关系到周围人的信任。作为第八十届学生，大家互相提醒，一起以「迟到为零」为目标。
此外，虽然已进入九月，酷热的残暑仍在持续。正因为是感觉稍微好过一些的时期，才更不能大意，希望大家继续充分注意中暑预防，安心度过校园生活。在第二学期的起点上，重新审视每一个生活习惯，第八十届的同学们一起打造一个舒心的年级。
「珍视自己，珍视身边的人。」话语，正是这句话最贴身的形式。作为北棱团队，让我们互相交换珍惜彼此的言语。

Year 7 Assembly at the Start of the Second Term — "The Triangle Pass of Words"
The morning still carried the last of the summer heat. Today our Year 9 pupils sat the Challenge Test, approaching it calmly.
With the summer holiday behind us, Year 7 held their first year-group assembly of the second term. The theme the teacher spoke about was how we use words, and the idea introduced was something called the "triangle pass of words."
Suppose A tells B how she feels about C. B then passes it straight on to C: "A said this about you." From A to B, and from B to C. Words travelling in a triangle — that is the "triangle pass of words."
A remark passed on without much thought can still lead C to dislike A, or cause a friendship to break down altogether. On social media especially, it is all too easy to relay someone else's words or posts to another person — "look what they put up," "look what was in their story." That is precisely why it matters to stop and ask: how would that person feel if I passed this on? Do I really need to be the one to say it? Pausing to think is important.
At the same time, the triangle pass has a lovely use as well. "So-and-so said she wanted to see you." "So-and-so did something really kind." "You know, back then, so-and-so was saying good things about you." When words like these reach someone through a third person, new connections form and good feeling spreads.
The act of passing something on is the same act — but the words we choose, and how we use them, change entirely what comes of it. Pupils listened quietly, and could be seen reflecting on their own way of speaking.
The second term brings many year-group and whole-school events, and there will be even more chances to be among friends than in the first term. May our words be a triangle pass that connects people and spreads gladness, rather than one that wounds. We hope each pupil will go through their days thinking of the person on the other side of their words.
Two class representatives from 7-4 then spoke. Their point was not that the holiday had just ended, but that the everyday rules repeated throughout the first term deserve fresh attention from each individual.
Lateness in particular, they said, is not simply a matter of arriving after the bell — it is bound up with the trust of those around us. As the 80th intake, they called on everyone to look out for one another and aim for zero late arrivals.
They also noted that although September has begun, the late summer heat remains severe. It is exactly when things start to feel a little more comfortable that we must not let our guard down, and they asked everyone to keep taking proper care against heatstroke. At the start of the second term, let us look again at each of our daily habits and build a year group, all 80th intake together, that feels good to be part of.
"Value yourself, and value the person beside you." Words are the nearest form that this takes. As Team Hokuryō, let us exchange words that show we value one another.
