据大阪管区气象台发布的信息，受锋面和第24号台风影响，从今晚深夜至明天9月4日（星期五）上午，低洼地带可能发生积水，河流水位可能上涨或泛滥，并可能在短时间内出现强降雨或特强降雨。
请各位家长和学生确认明天的上学安排。

仅发布**“暴雨警报（大雨警報／警戒级别3）”时，学校不会临时停课。**
如果发布**“暴雨危险警报（大雨危険警報／警戒级别4）”或“特别警报（特別警報／警戒级别5）”**，学校将临时停课。

此处所说的警戒级别3或4，是指大阪市针对北区内具体地区发布的、与河流泛滥等有关的避难信息。
气象厅发布的“警戒级别3相当”等带有**“相当”**字样的信息仅供参考。仅凭此类信息，学校不会临时停课。
上午7时以后也请继续确认
如果在上午7时，上述需要临时停课的警报或信息已经发布，学校将临时停课。
即使上午7时尚未发布，如果在上午7时至开始上课时间上午8时30分之间，新发布了上述警报或信息，学校也将临时停课。
但是，即使在这段时间内发布了**“暴雨警报（大雨警報／警戒级别3）”**，仅凭此项警报，学校不会临时停课。
请将安全放在第一位
即使学校正常上课，也请在出门前确认最新的气象信息和学校网站。
请勿靠近积水道路、水位上涨的河流或水渠、地下通道等危险地点，务必将安全放在第一位。如气象情况突然发生变化，学校将在网站上另行通知。

[Important] Heavy Rain Tonight and School Arrangements Tomorrow Morning
According to the Osaka District Meteorological Observatory, a weather front and Typhoon No. 24 may bring heavy rain from late tonight through the morning of Friday, September 4. There is a risk of flooding in low-lying areas, rising river levels, and river flooding. Heavy or very heavy rain may also fall within a short period.
Students and families are asked to check the following arrangements for tomorrow morning.

This refers specifically to evacuation information issued by Osaka City for a particular area of Kita Ward because of river flooding or a similar risk.
Information issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency that includes the word “equivalent,” such as “Equivalent to Alert Level 3,” is reference information. That information alone does not result in school closure.
Please continue checking after 7:00 a.m.
If any of the warnings or information listed above is in effect at 7:00 a.m., school will be closed.
Even if no qualifying warning is in effect at 7:00 a.m., school will also be closed if one is newly issued between 7:00 a.m. and the start of school at 8:30 a.m.
However, a Heavy Rain Warning（大雨警報 / Level 3） issued during this period does not, by itself, result in school closure.
Safety comes first
Even when classes are held as usual, please check the latest weather information and the school website before leaving home.
Stay away from flooded roads, swollen rivers and waterways, underpasses, and other dangerous locations. Please put safety first. If weather conditions change suddenly, further information will be posted on the school website.
