一年级年级集会　教育实习生三野老师谈"朋友"与"挚友"

今天的一年级年级集会上，教育实习生三野老师以初中时代的友谊为主题，和同学们分享了自己的经历。

初中时，三野老师是足球部的成员，热爱足球到连考试期间都会和朋友们聚在一起踢球。当年特别要好的7位朋友，至今仍保持着联系。几年后，他们摆出和当年一样的姿势重拍了合影，还常常一起去露营、旅行。"对我来说，他们就像家人一样不可或缺。"这句话令人印象深刻。

那么，"朋友"和"挚友"有什么不同呢？三野老师说，挚友不只是一起度过快乐的时光。在烦恼时互相扶持，在对方快要做错事时能说一句"还是别这样做吧"，这或许正是挚友最珍贵的样子。

为了遇见这样的伙伴，三野老师提出了三点：珍惜身边的人、全力投入学校活动、认真对待眼前的每一件事。他还鼓励同学们，在即将到来的合唱比赛和运动会中，即使有些难为情，也要和伙伴们齐心协力、全力以赴。

入学即将满半年。希望北棱团队的一年级同学们牢记"珍惜自己，珍惜身边的人"，在今后的学校生活中，培养出困难时互相扶持、能够坦诚交流重要事情的伙伴关系。

Year 7 Assembly: Trainee Teacher Mr Sanno on "Friends" and "Close Friends"

At today's Year 7 assembly, trainee teacher Mr Sanno spoke to pupils about the friendships he made at junior high school.

As a junior high pupil, Mr Sanno was in the football club. He loved the game so much that he and his friends would meet up for a kickabout even during exam periods. He is still in touch with the seven friends he was closest to back then. A few years later, they recreated an old photo in exactly the same poses, and they still go camping and travelling together. "To me, those seven are as essential as family," he said, and the words left a lasting impression.

So what is the difference between a "friend" and a "close friend"? Mr Sanno suggested that it goes beyond simply having fun together. A true close friend supports you when you are struggling. They are also willing to say, "I don't think you should do that," when you are about to make a mistake.

To find friends like these, he offered three pieces of advice: value the people around you, give school events your all, and put real effort into whatever is in front of you. He also encouraged pupils to work together with their classmates and throw themselves into the upcoming choir competition and sports day, even if it feels a little embarrassing at times.

It will soon be six months since our Year 7 pupils joined Hokuryō. We hope that Team Hokuryō's Year 7 will keep our words in mind: "Take care of yourself, and take care of the person next to you." We hope they will build friendships in which they support one another through hard times and can talk honestly about what really matters.
