今天是新学年的第一顿午餐。

麻婆豆腐用牛猪混合肉末搭配胡萝卜、洋葱、韭菜和豆腐,红味噌与豆瓣酱的浓郁风味让人忍不住多吃几口米饭。中式凉拌黄瓜带着芝麻油的清香,爽口解腻。金枪鱼炒青梗菜则融合了玉米的甜味和金枪鱼的鲜味,色彩也十分漂亮。
在新班级里吃的第一顿午餐,教室里弥漫着一种新鲜的气氛。同学们齐齐合掌说"我开动了"的样子,令人感到一个美好的开始。
一年一班因为上午的活动,配餐开始稍有延迟,但每个班都齐心协力,很快完成了准备工作。可以看出小学六年培养的好习惯已经扎下了根。

Today's School Lunch — Mapo Tofu
Today marked the very first school lunch of the new academic year.

The mapo tofu featured a hearty mix of beef and pork mince with carrots, onions, chives, and tofu, seasoned with red miso and doubanjiang for a rich, satisfying flavor that paired perfectly with rice. The cucumber salad offered a refreshing sesame oil accent — a welcome palate cleanser. The stir-fried bok choy with tuna brought a lovely combination of sweet corn and savory tuna, with vibrant colors on the plate.
With brand-new classmates sitting together for the first time, there was a fresh sense of excitement in the air. It was wonderful to see everyone put their hands together for a cheerful "itadakimasu" in unison.
In Year 1 Class 1, serving started a little later due to morning activities, but every class worked together and finished preparations remarkably quickly. The good habits built over six years of primary school are clearly paying off.
New faces, new beginnings — and a heartfelt thank you to our kitchen staff and school nutritionist. Here's to a great year ahead. We can't wait for tomorrow's lunch!
