红鲑鱼肉松放在米饭上,鲑鱼的鲜味在口中散开,是很受欢迎的一道菜。
有学生说:「今天的饭真下饭啊」。甜咸的厚炸豆腐和红鲑鱼肉松,都是非常下饭的搭配,看起来很受欢迎。
今天主食是米饭,加上炖菜、厚炸豆腐、鱼肉松等富含蛋白质的菜肴,还使用了多种蔬菜。是红、黄、绿食材搭配均衡的菜单。
二年一班的同学们齐心协力地进行配餐。大家全员到齐后双手合十说「我开始吃了」的样子令人印象深刻,在沉稳的气氛中开始了用餐时间。
今天也非常感谢美味的营养午餐。厨房工作人员、配餐工作人员,一直以来辛苦了。期待明天的营养午餐!

Today's school lunch featured simmered chicken and potatoes as the main dish, in a Japanese-style menu.
It was a gentle, comforting combination that pairs beautifully with rice.

The simmered chicken and potatoes was prepared with a broth made from bonito flakes and rehydrated shiitake mushroom liquid, bringing out the soft, fluffy texture of the potatoes.
The atsuage with soy sauce glaze featured thick fried tofu roasted to a fragrant finish, topped with a sweet and savory sauce.
The red salmon soboro, served over rice, releases a rich salmon flavor with every bite and is always a student favorite.
One student commented, "Today's rice just keeps going down!" Both the sweet-savory atsuage and the salmon soboro made wonderful partners for the rice, and the dishes seemed to be very popular.
Today's menu combined rice with simmered vegetables, atsuage, and salmon soboro — offering a variety of protein-rich dishes along with several kinds of vegetables. It was a well-balanced menu featuring red, yellow, and green food groups.
In Class 2-1, students worked together cooperatively during lunch service. After everyone was seated, they joined their hands together to say "itadakimasu," starting the meal in a calm and settled atmosphere.
