今日的午餐（土豆肉酱焗饭）

今天的午餐是土豆肉酱焗饭。

・土豆肉酱焗饭 ・生菜汤 ・豆昆布 ・黑糖面包 ・牛奶

土豆肉酱焗饭的做法是先用蒜香热油翻炒牛肉和猪肉的混合肉末，再依次加入洋葱和土豆，加水慢慢炖煮。用番茄酱、番茄泥和伍斯特酱调味，加入青豌豆后，放入烤箱烤至金黄酥脆。

继昨天的炸鸡之后，今天又是一道人气菜品登场。连续两天都是同学们喜爱的菜单，大家都很开心。

今天我们来到了2年级3班。同学们互相配合，齐心协力地完成了分餐工作，动作利落，很快就整齐地开始用餐了。

至此，所有班级都已经介绍了一遍。从下周开始将进入第二轮，期待看到每个班级新的变化和成长。

感谢厨师和分餐员们又一天的辛勤付出，今天的午餐非常美味！

Today's School Lunch — Potato Meat Gratin

Today's lunch featured potato meat gratin.

・Potato meat gratin ・Lettuce soup ・Sweet kelp with beans ・Brown sugar bread ・Milk

The potato meat gratin was made by sautéing garlic until fragrant, then cooking a blend of ground beef and pork with onions and potatoes in a savory broth. Seasoned with ketchup, tomato purée, and Worcestershire sauce and finished with green peas, it was baked to a golden crisp in the oven.

Following yesterday's popular fried chicken, today brought another student favorite to the table — two crowd-pleasers in a row!

We visited Class 3 of Year 2 today. The students worked together smoothly to serve lunch, helping one another get everything set up quickly and cheerfully.

With today's visit, we've now introduced every class in the school. Starting next week, we'll begin a second round — we're looking forward to seeing how each class has grown.

A big thank you to the kitchen staff and serving assistants for another delicious meal!
