营养讲座「运动与饮食」——好好吃饭,也是训练的一部分
今天,学校面向一年级学生,由营养教谕老师开展了一场营养讲座,主题是「运动与饮食」。
讲座中,同学们了解到饮食有「为了生存与生活」「为了发育与成长」「为了运动」这几项重要作用。初中阶段正是身体快速成长的时期。老师告诉大家,想要在社团活动和运动中全力以赴,不仅要摄取蛋白质,也要好好补充米饭、面包、面条等「能量来源」。
老师还提到,一旦能量不足,就容易感到疲倦、使不上劲,甚至可能导致受伤。同学们一边看着幻灯片,一边认真聆听关于早饭、加餐以及比赛前后饮食的内容。
讲座最后,由保健委员的同学向老师致谢。希望大家能把今天学到的知识,运用到今后的校园生活、社团活动,以及每天的饮食当中。

Nutrition Talk: "Sport and Food" — Eating Well Is Part of Training Too
Today our Year 7 students took part in a nutrition talk given by our school's nutrition teacher, on the theme of "Sport and Food."
In the talk, students learned that food plays several important roles: to live and go about daily life, to grow and develop, and to fuel physical activity. The junior high school years are a time of rapid growth, and students were taught that giving your best in club activities and sport calls for more than just protein — it also means getting plenty of energy sources such as rice, bread, and noodles.
The teacher also explained that running low on energy can leave you tired, sap your strength, and even lead to injury. Watching the slides, students listened closely to advice about breakfast, between-meal snacks, and what to eat before and after a match.
To close, a member of the health committee thanked the teacher on everyone's behalf. We hope our students will carry what they learned today into their school life, their club activities, and their meals each day.
