今日的午餐（八宝菜）

今天的午餐是以八宝菜（蛋）为主的中式菜单。

八宝菜中，猪肉和蔬菜的鲜味与香菇泡发汁的醇厚相得益彰。 勾芡后的浓稠汤汁非常下饭，鹌鹑蛋更是令人欣喜的点缀。 ※学校也为鸡蛋过敏的学生准备了去蛋餐。

厚炸豆腐浇中式味噌酱，是用烤箱将厚炸豆腐烤得香气四溢，再浇上甜面酱调制的甜辣酱汁，十分入味。 最后加入的香油香气扑鼻，令人食欲大开。

凉拌豆芽以米醋的清爽酸味，让口中焕然一新，是一道出色的配角。

今天我们去看了3年3班的配餐情况。 同学们一边愉快地聊天，一边有条不紊地进行配餐。 不愧是3年级的学生，动作十分利落。

Today's School Lunch (Happosai)

Today's lunch featured a Chinese-style menu centered on happosai, a stir-fried dish with assorted vegetables and quail eggs.

• Bean sprout salad, Chinese style
• Rice
• Milk

In the happosai, the savory flavors of pork and vegetables blended beautifully with the rich broth made from rehydrated shiitake mushrooms. The thickened sauce went perfectly with rice, and the quail eggs were a delightful touch. *An egg-free version was also prepared for students with egg allergies.

The deep-fried tofu was baked until fragrant, then topped with a sweet and savory sauce made with tianmianjiang (sweet bean paste). The finishing touch of sesame oil made it all the more appetizing.

The bean sprout salad, with its refreshing rice vinegar tang, was a wonderful supporting player that cleansed the palate.

Today we visited Class 3-3 during lunch preparation. The students chatted cheerfully while serving moved right along. As expected of third-year students, their teamwork was impressive.
