今天的午餐（日式牛肉烩饭）

今天的午餐是日式牛肉烩饭。
这是一道与米饭十分相配、以西式炖煮为主角的菜单。

今天的菜单如下：

・米饭
・日式牛肉烩饭
・圆白菜玉米沙拉
・糖水苹果（罐头）
・牛奶

洋葱与土豆炖得软糯入味，多蜜酱与番茄的鲜味在其中层层散开。
趁热浇在米饭上，便是一道令人满足的美味。

配菜的圆白菜玉米沙拉口感爽脆，糖水苹果则带来清爽的甜味。

以米饭为中心，肉类、蔬菜、水果与牛奶一应俱全，红・黄・绿的食材搭配得十分均衡。

这一天，我们来到了三年四班。
分餐的过程意外地从容，大家在沉静的氛围中有条不紊地准备着。

这间教室，是北稜中学最能望见相邻泉布观的地方。
窗外这处国家重要文化财的景致，也仿佛为午餐时光增添了一份雅趣。

今天也谢谢这顿美味的午餐。
也要感谢烹饪员与配餐员，一直辛苦了。
明天的午餐同样令人期待。

Today's Lunch (Hayashi Rice)

Today's lunch was hayashi rice.
It was a day with a hearty Western-style stew taking center stage over rice.

Here's today's menu:

・Steamed rice
・Hayashi rice (beef and vegetable stew)
・Cabbage and corn salad
・Canned apple
・Milk

Onions and potatoes were simmered until tender, with the rich flavors of demi-glace and tomato running all the way through.
Ladled hot over rice, it's a treat all on its own.

The cabbage and corn salad had a pleasantly crisp texture, while the canned apple brought a refreshing sweetness.

Built around rice, with meat, vegetables, fruit, and milk all on the tray, it was a well-balanced menu bringing together the red, yellow, and green food groups.

On this day, we dropped by Class 3-4.
Serving moved along at a surprisingly relaxed pace, with everyone getting ready in a calm, settled atmosphere.

This classroom has the best view in the whole school of the neighboring Senpukan.
The sight of this nationally designated Important Cultural Property just outside the window seemed to add a quiet charm to lunchtime.

Thank you for another delicious lunch today.
Our thanks as always to the kitchen staff and serving staff.
We're already looking forward to tomorrow's lunch.
