今日的午餐（鸡肉红薯炖菜）

今天的学校午餐是鸡肉红薯炖菜。
早晚渐渐有了凉意，这道热乎乎的菜来得正是时候。

・鸡肉红薯炖菜
・腌白菜
・糖煮苹果
・黑糖面包
・牛奶

主菜是奶油炖菜。
除了鸡肉，还有胡萝卜、洋葱、蘑菇和青豌豆，配料十分丰富，红薯绵软香甜的味道在口中温柔地散开。

配菜是清爽的腌白菜。
甜点是糖煮苹果，主食是带着淡淡甜味的黑糖面包，整体搭配充满了秋天的气息。

有学生说：“天气开始有点凉了，今天吃炖菜真好。”
看来同学们也从午餐中感受到了季节的变化。

今天我们去看了一年级5班。
一年级5班是本校唯一一间位于5楼的普通教室。

也正因如此，窗外的景色绝佳。
近处可以看到泉布观（日本国家重要文化财产），樱宫桥（俗称“银桥”）的另一侧，是大阪商务园区（OBP）的高楼群。

一边欣赏美景，一边说“我开动了（Itadakimasu）！”

感谢厨师们和配餐员们，今天也为我们准备了美味的午餐。

Today's School Lunch (Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew)

Today's school lunch was chicken and sweet potato stew.
With mornings and evenings getting cooler, a warm dish like this was a welcome treat.

・Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew
・Pickled Chinese Cabbage
・Apple Compote
・Brown Sugar Bread
・Milk

The main dish was a creamy stew.
Along with chicken, it was packed with carrots, onions, mushrooms, and green peas, while the soft sweet potatoes added a gentle sweetness.

On the side was refreshing pickled Chinese cabbage.
Apple compote for dessert and lightly sweet brown sugar bread rounded out a meal with a real autumn feel.

One student said, "It's starting to get a little chilly, so stew was perfect today."
It seems students are noticing the change of seasons through their lunches, too.

Today we visited Class 1-5.
It is the only regular classroom in our school located on the fifth floor.

That means the view from the windows is spectacular.
In the foreground stands Senpukan, a National Important Cultural Property, and beyond Sakuranomiya Bridge (known locally as the "Silver Bridge") rise the high-rises of Osaka Business Park (OBP).

With that amazing view before them, the class said "Itadakimasu!" (a Japanese expression of thanks before eating) and dug in.

Many thanks to our kitchen staff and serving assistants for another delicious lunch.
