初一（1）班 家政课烹饪实习 汉堡肉饼
今天，初一（1）班在家政课上进行了烹饪实习。一年级的汉堡肉饼制作，到今天已经是第四个班了。
实习结束后，1班第1小组的同学们把做好的汉堡肉饼送到了校长室。盘子里除了汉堡肉饼，还配有西兰花和胡萝卜，端着托盘的样子也带着几分自豪。
食谱上的标准厚度约为15毫米，而这次的汉堡肉饼做得相当厚实。尽管如此，肉饼中间也完全熟透，筷子从边上一夹开，肉汁便流了出来。要把厚厚的肉饼煎透，火候并不好掌握，看得出同学们在小组里互相提醒、用心完成。
酱汁味道醇厚，丝毫不逊色于之前三个班的作品，十分美味。1班第1小组的同学们，谢谢你们的款待！

Year 7 Class 1 Home Economics: Cooking Hamburg Steaks
Today, Year 7 Class 1 took part in a cooking practical in their Home Economics lesson. This makes Class 1 the fourth Year 7 class to try their hand at making hamburg steaks.
After the lesson, the pupils from Group 1 kindly brought one of their finished hamburg steaks to the Head Teacher's office. Served with broccoli and carrots, it arrived on a tray carried with a quiet sense of pride.
The recipe suggests a thickness of around 15mm, but this one was rather on the generous side. Even so, it was cooked right through, and the moment the edge was broken open with chopsticks, the juices came flowing out. Cooking a thicker patty evenly is no easy task, and it was clear the group had worked together carefully to get it just right.
The sauce was rich and full of flavour – every bit as delicious as those from the previous three classes. Thank you, Group 1, for such a lovely treat!
We were also joined on the day by volunteers from the Genki Up community programme. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came along to support and look after the pupils during the lesson.
