青椒牛肉丝（青椒牛肉絲）

今天的午餐是和米饭非常搭配的青椒牛肉丝。

用牛肉、青椒和竹笋翻炒而成的青椒牛肉丝，蚝油的浓香与勾芡的口感和米饭十分相称。
中华味噌汤里蔬菜满满，味道柔和温润。

今天到访的是3年1班。
正好大部分科目的期末考试卷都发回来了，当我和大家聊起分数时，同学们都开心地回应了我。
考试结束后的教室，比平时更加热闹。

主菜的牛肉、配菜的毛豆、汤里的蔬菜，再加上主食米饭，各种食材搭配均衡。
热闹的教室里，温热的午餐也显得格外相宜。

Today's Lunch (Pepper Steak / Chinjao Niuroussu)

Today's lunch was pepper steak with green peppers and beef (chinjao niuroussu), a dish that pairs wonderfully with rice.

Here is the menu:

・Pepper steak (chinjao niuroussu)
・Chinese-style miso soup
・Edamame
・Steamed rice
・Milk

The pepper steak, made by stir-frying beef with green peppers and bamboo shoots, had a rich oyster-sauce flavor and a glossy thickness that went perfectly with rice.
The Chinese-style miso soup was full of vegetables and had a gentle, comforting taste.

Today I visited Class 3-1.
The exam papers for most subjects from the term-end tests had just been returned, and when I struck up a conversation about their scores, the students cheerfully chatted back with me.
With the tests behind them, the classroom felt livelier than usual.

With beef as the main dish, edamame on the side, vegetables in the soup, and rice as the staple, the menu brought together a well-balanced variety of ingredients.
The warm lunch suited the lively classroom beautifully.
