软糯的土豆吸饱了牛肉与蔬菜的鲜味,汤汁温润。
是一道让人安心、又特别下饭的菜。

土豆炖肉里的魔芋丝和蔬菜都饱含高汤的味道,呈现出柔和的甜咸口感。
秋葵拌木鱼花,黏滑的口感与鲣鱼的香气十分相配。
黄瓜拌红紫苏带着恰到好处的酸味,吃起来清爽可口。
米饭、配菜,再加上 牛奶,整体色彩丰富、营养均衡。
今天我们走访了 三年三班。
打饭的队伍井然有序,同学们依次接过盛好的餐食。
落座后,大家一起说「我开动了」。
在平静的氛围中,每个人都细细品味着午餐,令人印象深刻。

Today's School Lunch (Nikujaga – Simmered Beef and Potatoes)
Today's lunch was nikujaga, a comforting dish of simmered beef and potatoes.
The soft, fluffy potatoes soaked up the savory flavors of the beef and vegetables.
It was a warm, soothing dish that paired perfectly with rice.

In the nikujaga, the shirataki noodles and vegetables were richly infused with dashi, giving it a gentle sweet-and-savory taste.
The okra with bonito flakes brought a nice match of silky texture and smoky aroma.
The cucumber with red shiso had just the right touch of tang, making it light and refreshing.
Together with the rice, side dishes, and milk, it made for a colorful and well-balanced meal.
Today we visited Class 3-3.
The serving line moved along smoothly as students received their portions one by one.
Once everyone was seated, they said "itadakimasu" together.
It was lovely to see each student savoring their lunch in such a calm, relaxed atmosphere.
Our thanks go to the kitchen staff who prepare these delicious lunches every day, and to the serving staff who deliver them.
We're already looking forward to tomorrow's lunch.
