今天的午餐是照烧汉堡肉。

虽然每天的午餐都很美味，但今天冰凉的冷冻橘子尝起来格外爽口。
在暑气未消的这个时节，是让人格外开心的一道。
汉堡肉和牛奶中的蛋白质、满满蔬菜的汤，再加上橘子的维生素，是一顿色彩丰富、搭配均衡的午餐。
今天，我们探访了二年四班的分餐情景。
由于从今天起有教育实习的老师一起用餐，教室里洋溢着比平时更加愉快的气氛。
随着实习老师的一声号令，大家齐声道一句「我要开动了！」（いただきます）。
明亮的声音在教室里回荡。
感谢厨房的调理员和分餐员，今天也为我们准备了美味的午餐。
明天的午餐也令人期待呢。

Today's lunch was grilled hamburg steak.

A tender hamburg steak, served with a warm soup rich with the sweetness of vegetables.
The gentle sweetness of the brown-sugar bread paired nicely with the meal, too.
The lunches are delicious every day, but today the cool frozen mandarin orange tasted especially refreshing.
In this season, when the summer heat still lingers, it was a very welcome treat.
With protein from the hamburg steak and milk, a soup full of vegetables, and vitamins from the orange, it was a colorful and well-balanced meal.
Today, we dropped by to see lunch service in Class 2-4.
Since a student teacher began joining the class for lunch today, the room had an even cheerier atmosphere than usual.
At the student teacher's signal, everyone said "itadakimasu!" (a phrase said before eating) together.
Bright voices echoed through the classroom.
Thank you to the kitchen staff and serving assistants for another delicious lunch today.
We're already looking forward to tomorrow's lunch.
