今天的午餐（照烧鸡肉）

今天的午餐是以照烧鸡肉为主菜的日式和食。

・照烧鸡肉
・冬瓜味噌汤
・茄子肉末炒
・红薯条小鱼（中）
・米饭
・牛奶

主菜是照烧鸡肉，副菜是茄子肉末炒，汤品是冬瓜味噌汤。
冬瓜和茄子一同登场，让人感受到夏末的气息。

学生们说：「和食，好吃」。
调味下饭，还能一起品尝当季的蔬菜。

肉类、鱼类、蔬菜和米饭搭配得很均衡，还有红薯条小鱼这样带点嚼劲的小菜。

今天我们参观了三年四班的分餐情形。
这是挑战测验之间的一顿午餐。对疲惫的头脑来说，是补充能量的重要时间。

Today's School Lunch (Teriyaki Chicken)

Today's lunch was a Japanese-style washoku menu centred on teriyaki chicken.

・Teriyaki chicken
・Winter melon miso soup
・Stir-fried eggplant with minced meat
・Sweet potato sticks with small fish (medium portion)
・Steamed rice
・Milk

Teriyaki chicken as the main dish, stir-fried eggplant as the side, and winter melon miso soup to round it out.
Winter melon and eggplant together give the meal a late-summer feel.

One student said, "Washoku — it's delicious."
The seasoning goes well with rice, and seasonal vegetables were on the tray too.

Meat, fish, vegetables and rice were combined in a well-balanced way, with sweet potato sticks and small fish adding a bit of crunch.

Today we visited Class 3-4 to see how lunch was served.
This was lunch in the middle of the Challenge Test. It looked like an important moment to recharge tired minds.
