今天的营养午餐（他人丼）

今天的营养午餐是他人丼（鸡蛋）。

・他人丼（鸡蛋）
・鸡柳炒圆白菜
・炖大福豆
・米饭
・牛奶

他人丼是用木鱼花高汤慢慢炖煮牛肉、胡萝卜和洋葱，再加入青葱和鸡蛋收汁，最后浇在米饭上享用的一道菜。
高汤的鲜味配上甜咸的调味，与滑嫩的鸡蛋十分相称。
另外，学校也备有去除鸡蛋的餐点。

鸡柳炒圆白菜口味清爽。
炖大福豆炖得软糯，带着温和的甜味，在吃丼饭的间隙来上一口正合适。

今天我们探访了2年3班的教室。
恰好教育实习的老师也在，大家在融洽的气氛中利落地完成了分餐。
全班一起说"我开动了"的样子令人印象深刻。

Today's School Lunch (Tanin-don, a Beef and Egg Rice Bowl)

Today's school lunch was tanin-don (with egg).

・Tanin-don (beef and egg rice bowl)
・Stir-fried chicken tenderloin and cabbage
・Simmered daifuku beans
・Steamed rice
・Milk

For the tanin-don, beef, carrot and onion are simmered slowly in a dashi broth made from dried bonito flakes, then finished with green onion and egg and spooned over rice.
The savoury broth and its sweet-salty seasoning go beautifully with the soft, fluffy egg.
An egg-free version of the dish is also prepared.

The stir-fried chicken tenderloin and cabbage was light and refreshing.
The simmered daifuku beans were tender with a gentle sweetness, a nice change of pace between bites of the rice bowl.

Today we visited Class 2-3.
A student teacher was joining the class, and lunch was served smoothly in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
It was lovely to see everyone say "itadakimasu" together, the greeting of thanks Japanese students give before a meal.

Thank you as always to the kitchen staff and the lunch delivery staff.
