炸鱿鱼天妇罗外衣酥脆,鱿鱼的鲜味十足,十分可口。
鲜番茄炖汤里有鸡肉、胡萝卜、洋葱、土豆等食材,慢慢炖煮而成,番茄恰到好处的酸味让整道汤格外清爽。
罗勒风味卷心菜沙拉散发着清新的香气,很适合调节口味。把橘子果酱抹在圆面包上,还能享受到淡淡的甜味,别有一番乐趣。
红、黄、绿三类食材搭配均衡,除了面包和天妇罗之外,也能同时摄取到蔬菜和蛋白质。
这一天我们走访了一年级三班。
同学们在愉快的气氛中完成了分餐,添菜时大家踊跃举手的样子让人印象深刻。
向班主任老师了解后得知,剩饭也很少。看到大家吃得这么香,我们也很开心。
感谢每天为我们烹饪美味午餐的厨房工作人员,以及辛勤运送餐食的配餐员。
也很期待明天的午餐呢。

Today's School Lunch (Squid Tempura)
Today's lunch was squid tempura. (June 30)
Here's the menu:
・Koppe bread (soft bread roll)
・Squid tempura (contains wheat)
・Fresh tomato stew
・Basil-flavored cabbage salad
・Mandarin orange jam
・Milk
The squid tempura had a crisp coating, with the rich flavor of squid coming through nicely.
The fresh tomato stew was gently simmered with chicken, carrots, onions, and potatoes, with the mild tang of tomato giving it a refreshing taste.
The basil-flavored cabbage salad had a fresh, fragrant aroma, perfect for cleansing the palate. Spreading the mandarin orange jam on the bread added a lightly sweet, dessert-like touch to enjoy.
With red, yellow, and green ingredients well balanced, the menu lets students enjoy vegetables and protein alongside the bread and tempura.
On this day, we visited Class 3, Grade 1.
Serving went smoothly in a cheerful atmosphere, and many hands shot up eagerly for seconds.
When we asked the homeroom teacher, we learned that food waste was also low. It's wonderful to see everyone enjoying their meal so much.
A big thank-you to the kitchen staff who prepare such delicious lunches every day, and to the serving staff who deliver them.
We're already looking forward to tomorrow's lunch.
