今日的午餐（麻婆厚炸豆腐盖饭）
8月26日（星期三），这是第二学期的第一顿营养午餐。
结业典礼……不，是始业式结束后的教室里，久违的午餐香味又回来了。

・麻婆厚炸豆腐盖饭（主食＋主菜）

・牛奶
麻婆厚炸豆腐盖饭里，吸饱了肉末与茄子鲜味的厚炸豆腐，裹着红味噌和豆瓣酱调出的浓稠芡汁。
浇在米饭上一起吃，即使是容易食欲不振的季节，勺子也会不停地动起来。
中式凉拌黄瓜带着芝麻油的香气和清爽的口感，正好是浓郁盖饭的好搭档。
再加上红薯脆片酥脆的嚼劲，味道和口感都富有变化，让人不会吃腻。
虽然是以米饭为主角的一餐，但厚炸豆腐、肉末和牛奶等蛋白质，以及胡萝卜、洋葱、茄子、韭菜等蔬菜也一同摄取得到，搭配得相当均衡。
今天我们走访了一年级二班的教室。
值日的同学们利落地做着分餐准备，完全看不出是久违了一个假期的样子。
在大家说完「我开动了」之后，为了争夺添饭的份额，一场猜拳大战就此展开，教室里一下子热闹了起来。
烹调员、配餐员的各位，第二学期也请多多关照。

Today's School Lunch (Mapo Atsuage Rice Bowl)
Wednesday, August 26 — the first school lunch of the second term.
With the opening ceremony over, the familiar smell of school lunch was back in the classrooms after a long break.
Today's Menu
・Mapo Atsuage Rice Bowl (main dish over rice)
・Chinese-style Cucumber Salad (side dish)
・Sweet Potato Chips
・Rice
・Milk
In the mapo atsuage bowl, thick fried tofu soaked up the savoury flavours of minced meat and eggplant, all wrapped in a glossy sauce seasoned with red miso and doubanjiang.
Spooned over rice, it kept the students eating steadily even in a season when appetites can flag.
The cucumber salad, fragrant with sesame oil and pleasantly crisp, made a refreshing partner to the richer bowl.
Add the crunch of the sweet potato chips, and the meal offered plenty of variety in both taste and texture.
Rice may be the star here, but protein from the fried tofu, minced meat and milk, along with carrots, onions, eggplant and Chinese chives, means the menu is thoughtfully balanced.
Today we visited Class 1-2.
The lunch duty students prepared the serving efficiently, showing no sign of being out of practice after the break.
After everyone said "itadakimasu," a lively round of rock-paper-scissors broke out over the extra helpings, and the classroom brightened up at once.
