今天的午餐（烤烧卖）

今天的营养午餐，主菜是烤烧卖。

・面包（コッペパン）
・草莓果酱
・烤烧卖（含小麦）
・中华汤
・葡萄果冻
・牛奶

主食是柔软的面包，配上草莓果酱一起享用。
主菜的烤烧卖用烤箱慢慢烤制而成，表面香脆，内里松软多汁。

汤品「中华汤」里，加入了鸡肉、胡萝卜、洋葱、卷心菜、玉米、金针菇和韭菜，材料十分丰富。
清爽的咸香之中，飘着淡淡的韭菜香气。

甜点是葡萄果冻。
面包、果酱和果冻让今天的甜味印象较为突出，不过烧卖的肉、牛奶，以及汤中的鸡肉和蔬菜也都包含其中，红・黄・绿三类食材搭配得十分均衡。

今天，我们造访了三年三班的教室。
分餐虽然花了一些时间，但同学们不慌不忙、互相招呼着一步步完成。

那份热闹又温暖的气氛，让人不由得会心一笑。
说完「我开动了」之后，大家细细品尝的样子令人印象深刻。

烹调员、配餐员的各位，今天也非常感谢你们。
明天的午餐也很令人期待呢。

Today's School Lunch (Baked Shumai)

Today's school lunch featured baked shumai as the main dish.

・Koppepan (soft bread roll)
・Strawberry jam
・Baked shumai (contains wheat)
・Chinese-style soup
・Grape jelly
・Milk

The staple was a soft koppepan roll, served with strawberry jam.
The baked shumai was cooked in the oven until lightly browned — crisp on the outside, tender inside.

The Chinese-style soup was generously filled with chicken, carrot, onion, cabbage, corn, enoki mushrooms and Chinese chives.
A gentle savoury broth, with the fragrance of chives rising softly from the bowl.

For dessert, grape jelly.
With bread, jam and jelly, sweetness stood out on today's menu — but the shumai, the milk, and the chicken and vegetables in the soup were all part of the meal too, making for a well-balanced combination of red, yellow and green food groups.

Today we visited Class 3-3.
Serving took a little longer than usual, but the students worked through it calmly, calling out to one another as they went.

It was a lively, warm-hearted scene that brought a smile to our faces.
After saying "itadakimasu," everyone settled in and savoured the meal.

Many thanks once again to our kitchen staff and serving staff.
We're already looking forward to tomorrow's lunch.
