今天的午餐（牛肉咖喱饭）

8月28日（周五）的午餐是大家期待已久的牛肉咖喱饭。
它大概能排进北棱中学的三大人气菜单之一。

菜单如下。

・牛肉咖喱饭（主菜）
・蔬菜腌菜（副菜）
・苹果罐头
・米饭（主食）
・牛奶

用牛肉和蔬菜慢慢炖煮的咖喱，香料的香气搭配浓稠的咖喱酱，和米饭非常合拍。
每吃一口勺子都停不下来，是不会出错的好味道。

牛肉咖喱中也含有牛肉的蛋白质，以及胡萝卜、洋葱等蔬菜，与米饭搭配，营养均衡。

今天我们来到了2年2班。
到了分餐时间，教室里弥漫着一股肚子早已饿扁的气氛，"我开动了"的声音也格外响亮。
还能看到有同学把米饭盛得满满的，可见咖喱有多受欢迎。

今天的咖喱是在西船场小学制作后，送到北棱中学的。

Today's Lunch (Beef Curry Rice)

Friday, August 28th — today's lunch was the long-awaited beef curry rice.
It's likely one of the three most popular menus here at Hokuryo Junior High.

Here's the menu.

・Beef curry rice (main dish)
・Vegetable pickles (side dish)
・Canned apple
・Rice (staple)
・Milk

The curry, made by slowly simmering beef and vegetables, pairs wonderfully with rice — fragrant with spices and rich with a thick, savory roux.
Every spoonful kept us going; it was a can't-miss flavor.

The beef curry also contains protein from the beef along with vegetables like carrots and onions, balanced nicely alongside the rice.

Today we visited Class 2-2.
When serving time came, the whole room was clearly hungry and ready to eat, and the "itadakimasu" (a phrase said before a meal) rang out with plenty of energy.
Some students piled their rice high — a good sign of just how popular the curry was.

Today's curry was prepared at Nishisemba Elementary School and delivered to Hokuryo Junior High.
Many thanks to the kitchen staff who made this delicious lunch, and to the serving assistants who got everything ready so smoothly.
