今天的午餐（糖醋肉）

今天的营养午餐是糖醋肉。

・糖醋肉
・中式味噌汤
・烤海苔
・米饭
・牛奶

主菜是糖醋肉。
酸甜的酱汁裹着肉和蔬菜，是特别下饭的味道。

汤品是中式味噌汤，味噌的香味中飘着一丝芝麻油的香气。
把烤海苔卷在米饭上，光是这样就已经是一道美味了。

今天我们去了一年三班的教室。
配餐在轻松愉快的气氛中顺利进行，大家一起说了「我开动了」。
糖醋肉非常受欢迎，可以看到同学们开心用餐的样子。

今天是缓步开学周的最后一天。
从明天开始，课程将排到第六节。

Today's School Lunch (Sweet and Sour Pork)

Today's school lunch was sweet and sour pork.

・Sweet and sour pork (subuta)
・Chinese-style miso soup
・Toasted nori seaweed
・Rice
・Milk

The main dish was sweet and sour pork.
The tangy, slightly sweet sauce coated the meat and vegetables — a flavour that goes perfectly with rice.

The Chinese-style miso soup carried the gentle savouriness of miso with a light touch of sesame oil.
And a sheet of toasted nori wrapped around some rice is a treat all on its own.

Today we visited Class 1-3.
Serving went smoothly in a cheerful, relaxed atmosphere, and everyone said "itadakimasu" together — the customary words of thanks before a meal in Japan.
The sweet and sour pork was a clear favourite, and students were seen enjoying it happily.

Today marked the final day of our gentle-start week.
From tomorrow, classes will run through to sixth period.
Third-year students also have their Challenge Test coming up. Good luck!
